Checks and money orders are also accepted; however, merchandise cannot be shipped until payment is received and funds are confirmed. Sorry but C.O.D. orders cannot be accepted.

While we make every effort to keep prices and availability current on our web site, changes in conditions may occur which are beyond our control. We will contact you within 24 hrs. if there is a problem with your order. Shipping to an address other than your credit card billing address may cause a delay.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Shipments to California are subject to sales tax.
Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 7 days from receipt of merchandise with return authorization. Pashminas must be in original, unmarked condition. For authorization please contact us at returns@buddhashand.com.

Sorry, shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable. A credit will be issued or exchange will be shipped within 24 hrs. of receipt of returned merchandise.

Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We recommend all pashminas be insured for full value.
Pashminas will be shipped via First Class US Mail free of charge within the continental U.S.

Overnight and 2nd Day Service are available at an additional charge.

Buddha's Hand contributes a portion of our gross annual sales (currently 5%) toward educational programs in village and monastery schools in the rural, mountainous areas of Nepal's Eastern Solu region.

Since we personally arrange the transfer of these funds to the school administrators, we know that 100% of the funds go toward helping those we choose to support.

Donations are made on an annual basis.
